- Receipt of financial assistance

- Approval by a third-party landlord or housing provider
Housing decisions will be made according to applicable program requirements, eligibility criteria, funding requirements, property requirements, and applicable law. Any applicable tenant-selection criteria, occupancy standards, waiting-list procedures, rental terms, or program rules will be provided separately when appropriate

Housing Navigation and Referral Services
The WIN Project may provide housing-navigation services, including information about available housing, assistance locating housing, landlord outreach, referrals, application support, resource coordination, and related services. Unless specifically stated otherwise, third-party landlords, property managers, housing providers, government agencies, service providers, and other organizations referenced or contacted through WIN’s housing-navigation services are independent from The WIN Project.
The WIN Project cannot guarantee:
- That a third-party housing opportunity will remain available
- That information supplied by a third party is complete or accurate
- That an applicant will satisfy a third party's lawful eligibility requirements
- That a third-party landlord will approve an application
- The quality, safety, condition, management, or suitability of third-party housing
- Continued participation by a third-party landlord or service provider
The WIN Project will not knowingly participate in or facilitate unlawful housing discrimination.
Participants are encouraged to review all leases, agreements, fees, property conditions, and housing requirements before entering into an agreement with an independent housing provider.
