WIN Pathways Program

Help individuals and families move toward either stable rental housing or successful homeownership.

WIN Home Pathways

The WIN Pathways Program is a housing-readiness initiative developed by The WIN Project to help individuals and families move toward stable rental housing and sustainable homeownership. Because every household’s housing journey is different, WIN Pathways offers two supportive tracks:

1. Rental Stability : For people preparing to rent and maintain permanent housing.

2. Homeownership : For families preparing financially and practically for buying a home.

WIN Pathways to Rental Stability

This pathway supports individuals and families preparing to transition into permanent rental housing. Through housing education, personalized guidance, financial preparation, and connections to community resources, participants receive support in addressing common barriers to securing and maintaining housing.

The WIN Project also works alongside transitional housing programs, shelters, reentry organizations, foster youth programs, domestic violence programs, and other community partners to help residents prepare for successful independent living.

Participants may receive support with:

Landlord & Housing Partnerships

The WIN Project develops relationships with landlords, property owners, housing providers, and community partners to expand housing opportunities for individuals and families who may face barriers within traditional rental screening processes.
These partnerships help create stronger connections between prepared tenants, supportive service providers, and housing opportunities.

WIN Pathways to Homeownership

This pathway helps individuals and families prepare for the financial and practical responsibilities of purchasing a home. Participants receive education and individualized guidance to better understand their current readiness, identify barriers, and establish clear goals toward homeownership.

Support may include:

Participants who are not yet ready to purchase can develop an individualized plan to strengthen their financial position and continue progressing toward homeownership.

Building a Path to Long-Term Housing Stability

WIN Pathways is designed to do more than help someone obtain housing. Our goal is to help individuals and families build the knowledge, preparation, and support needed to maintain stable housing and create long-term financial security.

Whether the next step is signing a lease or preparing to purchase a home, The WIN Project helps participants identify a pathway forward.
