Regina Young
Founder & Executive Director | Real Estate Developer/Agent
Regina Young is a seasoned real estate professional and community housing advocate with more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, low- to moderate-income families, and individuals seeking access to affordable housing opportunities.
Ms. Young has extensive experience with homeownership and housing programs throughout the City and County of Los Angeles. As a real estate developer and community leader, she has worked on innovative housing initiatives designed to expand housing opportunities for underserved communities. MS. Young earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach.
Her professional experience, commitment to community development, and passion for housing affordability have been instrumental in advancing the mission of The WIN Project.

Mr. Jenkins has been involved in community affairs since 1989 Mr. Jenkins is instrumental in the development of The WIN Project. Mr. Jenkins has assisted in the development of affordable housing, through his involvement with Various Community in Southern California.
Kenneth Taylor

Planner City Of Santa Barbara
The WIN Project Board of Directors Kenneth Taylor is an experienced community planner and affordable housing professional. A graduate of Texas A&M International University, he has worked in public-sector planning, including with Webb County and El Centro. He currently works as a Planner in Santa Barbara and has been involved in affordable housing and community development since 2000. Kenneth brings valuable planning, research, and community development experience to The WIN Project.
Trevion Collier
Board of Director
Low Income Housing Advocate
Mr. Collier is a Los Angeles native, who has extensive work in the Construction Field. Trevion has volunteer as a homeless advocate in the southern California area. Mr. Collier has Volunteer with Various Non-profits organization in providing affordable housing planning He has the strength and ability to continue to pursue his goals to work hard and maintain a positive outlook on life
