The The Win Project Public Policy team works to safeguard, expand, analyze and improve programs that support housing affordability and neighborhoods of opportunity ensuring a safe, stable and affordable housing for all, making home and community places of pride, power and belonging.
Federal Policy
We work with Congress, the Administration, candidates for public office, community development organizations and other partners and stakeholders to safeguard, expand and improve affordable housing and community development programs for the benefit of people of modest means.
State & Local Policy
Our team works in state houses and city halls across the country to increase local resources for affordable housing, use existing resources more effectively and ensure that America’s rental housing stock is sustainable for the long-term.
